Purchasing downloadable software - Please read!

You will purchase it like any other product within the store, but you will not be able to download it until your credit card is approved.

It will take a moment to approve the payment then you will be able to login and download the software.

From there, you will login here: http://store.hydronicpros.com/ Click "LOG IN" at the top of the page.

You will need to know your email and password to successfully login. An email was original sent to your email address when registering

If you lost your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the "lost account?" or "lost password?" link - located at the top of the page.

Once you are logged into "My Account", it will show you the different categories of the store, you will want to click "My Account" on the top of the page.

Then it will give four options:
Check My Orders
Update My Account
Logout of My Account
Delete Account

You will select the "Check My Orders" link.

You will now see a new page with your order history, click on the order you just made, being the software product.
